Return Process

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully wrap the unused knife in its original wooden saya or blade guard and place it back in the original gift box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at a certified carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master bladesmiths verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
